This site and the linked applications are a frontend demonstration. No contract is formed, no subscription is created, and no payment is taken. The terms below describe how the product is intended to be sold.
Kyp is a business record-keeping and planning service. It helps you record transactions, understand your figures, and decide what to do next. It is not an accountant, not a tax agent, and not a substitute for professional advice.
Kyp calculates from the data you enter. If a cost, a price, or an opening balance is wrong, every figure derived from it will be wrong. Forecasts, goals, and what-if results are estimates based on past behaviour, not guarantees.
The compliance module tracks permits, renewal dates, and filing deadlines, and prepares figures. It does not file returns, does not submit permits, and does not constitute tax advice. Filing remains your responsibility and your accountant's.
Plans are billed monthly in Philippine pesos, inclusive of VAT, and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current period. A thirty-day free trial requires no card. Failed payments follow a published retry schedule before an account becomes read-only.
Do not use Kyp to store data you have no right to hold, to attempt to access another business's records, or to overload the service. Accounts found doing so may be suspended.
Kyp aims for high availability but does not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Current status is published on the platform status page.
You may cancel at any time and export your data. Kyp may end the agreement for non-payment or acceptable-use breaches, with notice and an export window except where the breach is severe.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
