This is a frontend demonstration. No account exists, no data is transmitted, and nothing you type is stored anywhere. The text below describes the policy the product will operate under, so the shape of the commitment is visible now rather than written later.
The records you enter — sales, expenses, customers, suppliers, stock, and documents — belong to your business. Kyp holds them to provide the service. They are never sold, never shared with other businesses, and never used to train a model.
Business records you enter or import. Account details for the people you invite: name, email, mobile, role, and branch access. Technical logs needed to run and secure the service: sign-in times, IP address, device type, and errors.
Kyp processes personal information under Republic Act 10173. You may access, correct, object to processing, and request erasure of personal information held about you. Requests go to privacy@kyp.ph and are answered within fifteen days.
Deleting a business soft-deletes it for thirty days so a mistake is recoverable. After that it is permanently removed. You can export everything in Excel and CSV at any time, including during the thirty-day window.
Kyp Advisor answers using your own business records. Those records are used to answer your questions and for nothing else. They are not used as training data and are not visible to other businesses.
Hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and error monitoring are handled by third parties under data processing agreements. The current list will be published here and updated before any change takes effect.
Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access inside your business, an audit trail of changes, and nightly backups retained for thirty days. No system is perfect; material breaches will be reported to affected businesses and to the National Privacy Commission as required.
